Calculating Sell Thru in a Looker Dash

I am trying to calculate the sell thru % (inventory sold during period / (inventory at start of period + inventory added during period) in a Looker dash but am having trouble formatting the data in a way that allows for that. I need to analyze over 35k products so I was hoping to have SKUs in the first column then dates as the rest of the column headers with inventory levels for each day in the main cells. This format doesn't really work in Looker though.

Any other solutions for automating sell thru calculations in Looker?

This sounds like it may be impossible in Looker Studio.

Out of the three components (inventory sold during period, inventory at start of period, inventory added during period), which are you able to calculate on their own already? My intuition says you could probably get the first and third with the right data setup, but the second will be very challenging. If you have the second already, there may be hope.
