Can't Share Looker Studio Report

Hey there!

I have the problem that i cant share my looker studio pro dashboard with people. 
Here is the deal:
1. I made a Google Workspace Account
2. I bought the looker studio pro subscription
3. I am not able to make a new report with the new account, only with my old (not pro version one) BUT
I am able to move a created report to my looker pro.
4. When the owner of the sheet is the owner of the workspace account, i am able to use the PRO features but then the big problem starts:
5. i cant share my report. not with selected persons. neather with the option to share the link in public. 
ERROR:
unknown error. please try again later. 

Done it several times, recreated several workspaces, even bought another pro subscription for a new projekt. nothing helps.

same issue across multiple users. Can't invite, can't share, can't do anything!

Same for me. The options "Unlisted" and "Public" of share link are not even available.

I can't share either, I have the option but then it says "You do not have permission to access this resource"

I'm having the same issue. I have checked that all looker and google drive sharing permissions are set correctly in the google admin console, and I am still running into this issue.

I was able to bypass this error by using my phone to adjust the sharing settings

Hello Guys I was facing the same issue

but my Manager found out that there was a setting that only let owners of the dashboard able to share and modify the users (sorry I don't know where exactly the setting is)

Having a similar issue with free version of Looker Studio. I share unlisted links to reports but some users can't see the reports even after I added their email addresses for user access.

Hi everyone,

We're facing this issue too. We are unable to share our reports to users outside the organization in Looker Studio Pro. We're currently checking these settings : 

1)  Set sharing permissions

2) Organization policies:

• First Go to your Looker Project in GCP.
• Please search for the Organization policy in the search bar.
• Scroll to the bottom, select 200 rows per page
• Then search for Domain then we can see 2 options - "domain restricted contacts & domain restricted sharing"
•  Click on the first one, edit the policy to allow all sharing. 
• Select the second one and please add the domains to which you would like to share.
• Inorder to edit the policies, you should have Org Policy Admin role  or please check with your team.

Hi,

If you don't have access to the settings, you need to ask your organization's administrator to do it.

The solution you provide in your link was a no go for us because it requires external users to manually create a Gmail account. So I don't know if it works.
