Can't access Looker Studio

Hi, I am currently unable to log in to Looker Studio. This is the error I received:

Service unavailable

You tried to access a service that isn't available for your account

This account is owned by another Google account of mine. I removed access and added it back again for my secondary account but the error still persists. Any idea what I can do?
