I'm struggling to connect Looker to an Azure SQL instance. I've entered the hostname, database, username and password that all work fine when connecting from my local machine. After a moment of loading all I get is the following error:
Sorry, we encountered an error and were unable to complete your request.
Error ID: dd81a5c9
I have no idea what the issue could be and the error carries no value. I've tried an IP, using the Port Number with no luck.
I'd really like to use Looker but being stuck on this initial step isn't a good start. Is there any support for this product? Please help
