Can't establish MySQL connection

I'm trying to establish connection with MySQL database, but still getting an error:

IP address 142.251.74.0/23 is whitelisted and credentials are correct.

 

Same situation happened few weeks ago with MSSQL connection, until fixed. Now MySQL doesn't connect.

Solved... Although had to find DB server ip address (via ping) as using host name didn't work.

hi i have the same issue

did you whitelist all 24 ip adresses?

and how did you ping the ipadress of the DB server?
