I have a client's dashboard which pulls data from GSC. I was notified that one of the charts no longer shows data after this weekend. The chart looks like this (all blank, no error message):
This chart has 2 filters:
Country = X
Branded Query where Query = RegExp Match X
The same regex is used elsewhere in this dashboard (and it works well), I also checked and it works just fine in GSC filters. I have a spare copy of this dashboard which I made some time ago and I can see nothing was changed since then, so I reject that someone might have accidentally changed something which made this chart blank. There's data under "Show underlying data" and there's also data with the same two filters in client's GSC account so I reject that there's no data with the combination of these two filters.
Now the chart finally shows data when one of two filters is removed (it doesn't matter whether I remove Country or Branded Queries).
One filter is removed -> data shows up:
Filters are switched and now the other one is removed -> data shows up:
In addition, I reconnected the data source, refreshed the dashboard. I removed and then re-created the same chart with the same filers. I combined two filters into one with AND condition (Country = X AND Query = Regex X), I removed one filter and added it above the chart, I tried to recreate the metrics, I might have tried many other options as well.
Looks like a random bug. Has anyone experienced this before?
Is this happening with only the particular brand and country combination or with any other combinations as well?
