Community Viz Submission

Hi there,

I've submitted a community viz (Waterfall Root cause analysis) by filling out the online form  about 4 months ago, but never had a reply, not even a confirmation of submission.

I've resubmitted recently with no more luck

Any advice on how to get an answer?
