Copying parameters across reports?

Is there a way to copy/duplicate parameters across reports, rather than having to create them from scratch in each report? When I duplicate a report, the configuration of the charts is the same in the duplicated version, but the parameters aren't there!

How are you duplicating your reports, and what is your data source? If you want to make sure parameters (and calculated fields) show up in duplicated reports, you'll want to make sure your data source is embedded rather than reusable. Then, when you copy the report, do not reconnect new data from the pop up that appears, just click Copy Report. Then, go into your embedded data source in the new report (Resource > Manage added data sources) and reconnect the data there.

Thanks - it looks like my data source is embedded. For whatever reason, this was totally not working when I tried the other day, but now it is working as I would expect, and my parameters etc. are copying over fine. (Also, just to say I appreciate the reply! This was my first time posting here, so I'm glad to see that this forum is active!)
