Looker Studio Pro, I can't seem to find a link for that, I believe is $7 or $9 per month per active user. It adds some features over the free version as well as support.

With either, you could incur costs from what you are pointing the tools to and query to get data from to generate dashboards. As an example, if all the data is living in BigQuery then you have the charges around the queries ran there as well as storage there.
