I am writing to report a persistent and critical issue I have been experiencing with saving reports in the free version of Looker Studio for the past several days. This problem occurs both when attempting to edit existing reports and when creating new ones.
Each time I try to save any changes, I encounter the following error message:
Couldn't save the file. Sorry! We can't save this report right now. This may just be temporary. To keep working, close this message. If the error happens again, please refresh the page. Any unsaved changes will be lost. We're sorry for any inconvenience. For more help, please visit the Help 1 Forum
I have already attempted various troubleshooting steps, including:
- Trying different internet connections (home Wi-Fi, mobile data, VPN).
- Testing on multiple systems (personal computer, colleagues' computers).
- Refreshing the page.
- Clearing browser cache and cookies.
- Using different browsers (Chrome).
- Disabling browser extensions.
- Copying the report (even copies fail to save).
Despite these efforts, I am still unable to save any changes, which is severely disrupting my workflow.
As a user of the free version of Looker Studio, I would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions you can provide to resolve this issue. Please advise me on how to proceed.
