Any luck with this one? I'm running into the same issue. I've tried refreshing, copying, reconnecting data source, waiting a day...nothing works. Considering giving up on this tool.

I found that multiple users are viewing your report. Are you editing it at the same time? If so, I believe that is the reason.

It was a new report that hadn't been shared yet. I eventually found a way to avoid the error. I had copied a chart and made edits to a new version to show some breakouts and the error happened every time. Instead of copying and editing, I rebuilt the chart from scratch and the error went away.
