Creating Table with MoM Comparison

I'm currently developing a dashboard to oversee sales from my company.

I need to make a table with month on month comparison, so for example, I want to compare Month-to-Date total sales (1-24 January) and the same Month-to-Date but from previous month (1-24 December). What I'm envisioning is I have a table where the columns are the category of product, sales for this month, and sales from previous month. For the filter, I separated the month and the year, and I have another filter for day too. It's almost like in Excel with slicer. Is there any way that I can do this in Looker Studio?
