Dashboard looks different by user/editor

The person who started the dashboard sees the first two pages they built fine. However, the three subsequent pages developed by the second person come out strange (e.g., graphs are bigger or smaller, everything overlaps, text sizes are off). The second person sees the opposite where the first two pages are completely off. The three pages they developed show up fine. Is this a common issue? How could the two people get all of the pages to look right to all users?

Posiblle solutions:
- select fit to width in Viewers Mode

- Turn off publishing settings

This is odd behavior indeed.
Working with  LS for 6 years  and never happened to me.

Thanks for the recommendations Arkady. Unfortunately, we're still seeing issues across users even with those changes.
