I'm experiencing an issue with data control filters(Date) not working properly when we are using Coupler.io as a middleware to get data from HubSpot and push into looker studio. The filters seem to have no effect on the visualizations, even though the fields I'm trying to filter are included in the data set.
Details:
- Data Source: Coupler.io (connected via the native Looker Studio connector with Hubspot)
- Issue: Data control filters (e.g., date, dropdown) do not apply any filtering to the reports.
- Steps Taken:
- Confirmed the fields are supported and mapped correctly in Looker Studio.
- Refreshed the data and reconnected the HubSpot data source.
- Rebuilt the filters and ensured the correct scope (page/report level) was applied.
Despite these efforts, the filters still do not function as expected. Has anyone else encountered this issue with HubSpot data, or is there a known workaround for this limitation?
