Data Extraction error from SQL in particular user

About Looker Studio free plan, there is an error occur with Data Extraction function from SQL in particular user.

Does anyone knows how to solve it?

Below is already tried or my opinion.

1. User A&B&C can do it, but User D,E,F.... cannot. => There is user number limit?
2. We have already grant data source access to User D,E,F.

Are you using viewer credentials or email in your base data source?

The fact that it works for certain users but not for others suggests that the data source might use the credentials (or email) of the user and the backend does not appreciate it (e.g. the user does not have the permissions on the backend)

=> Are you mention to Data that is extracted this time: SQL data?
If it’s Yes, also I'll say yes.
To extract from SQL to Data source of Looker, I had registered credential to Looker.
But User D,E,F haven’t do it.
Just be shared Data source in Looker.
I think it’s worth to try.
