Date not working

Hi, everyone. Can someone help with a date problem in Looker Studio? I’ve tried converting it using parse_date, but it doesn't work. My data is correct, I tried converting it using Python, but it also doesn't recognize it. I’ve tried several ways, but I keep getting the same error.  "System error. Looker Studio encountered a system error."
