Date range control broken on page refresh / initial page load

On initial page load, date control parameters are not applying to the rest of the dashboard. 

Here are steps to repro:

• Refresh a dashboard with a "date range control"
• Try to adjust dates in the dashboard using the date range control
• Rest of the dashboard does not update
• If you hit "Reset" to reset filters, this causes the date range control to start working

When the dashboard is initially loaded there are some errors present in the console, not sure if this is related.

Those console errors are interesting, are you embedding Looker Studio in another site? This may be related to the issue.
