Difference between numbers in Google Sheet and Looker

Hi community - i'm having issues with showing correct numbers in Google Looker with data from Google Sheet. 

In Google Sheet I have events as high as, for example, 5058 but in Google Looker, the highest event count I get is 9. 

- The date range is the same 
- the count of the metrics are in [sum] 

what is going wrong here? I'm getting desperate... thank you!

Is your issue with Looker or Looker Studio? 
In Looker Studio, which component are using to show the data? Does a scorecard show the correct total value of events? In a table or other chart type, keep in mind that your data will be grouped according to the dimensions in the chart.

Hi @Rick_E  It's an issue with Looker Studio, the scoreboard doesn't show the correct numbers, and the table as well...

I found a solution, it seemed something was missing in the export from Matomo to Google Sheets. 

[&convertToUnicode=0] must been added to the export url from Matomo to Google Sheets.
