In my Looker Studio I have 3 scorecards which are connected to a Google Analytics Property, they show the values for those metrics:
- "New Users"
- "Active Users"
- "Users"
The values are equal to the values in GA.
Now to my problem, for the same metrics I also have 3 time series charts, but only the value for the one for "New Users" matches with the scorecard/GA. The other two values are a lot higher.
All charts have the same setup and are connected to the same GA Property. What could be the cause(s) of this issue?
I'm having a very similar issue in multiple dashboards. The numbers will match between the scorecard and time series chart, but once I apply a filter to exclude a landing page, for example, the numbers no longer match. I tested adding a table with sessions by landing page as well and the scorecard and table match but not the time series chart. It feels like there is something broken in the backend with how data is getting aggregated into time series charts.
