I'd like to provide a link to my Looker Studio visualization to anyone that can access the link, but disable all items in the Share menu to at least make it inconvenient to share further.
Is there a way for me (the "Editor) to disable the "Share" button entirely in a visualization that I share to people with "Viewer" access?
Currently, Viewers have the "Invite People" option disabled, but "Get Report Link", "Embed Report" and "Download Report" are all active. I'd like to disable them all.
To do so, click on the "share" button, then in the sharing popin, click on the settings gear at the top right, at last, check "Disable downloading, printing, and copying for viewers" option and save.
It will not turn off "Embed report" menu, but at the same time, if the report is shared to specific users, the embedding will display the report only for those granted users.
