Error when using "Download report" - the Filter used are the one by default

Hi,

Apparently, there is a new issue when trying to "Download Report" on an existing report.

The data range is set by default to "Month to date".

When I modify it to check previous month data for example, the dashboard is updated properly.

But when I click on "Download Report", the pdf is generated with the default filter, so with Month to date values.

Could you please help ?

Thanks,

Matthieu

I am now having the same issue. The date range filter is set to 'Last 30 days (exclude today)' for client-facing.  For the past 12 months I have been able to change the date to 'Last Month' and "Download Report" to pdf.  As of recently, the pdf ignores the date range change and defaults to the 'Last 30 days (exclude today)'. Following this thread for answers.

mdelamare - I found a duplicated date range control hidden within my report.  When I right clicked the date range control I clicked select -> date range control on page. This grouped all controls on the page.  I was able to remove/change the default on the second control and it now PDF's to correct data selected.

Dear @ds thanks for your feedback. I have indeed 2 date range controls on my page which are duplicated to have one on the top and the second on the bottom.

Indeed, I can see that the default value of the 2 filters are not synced properly. I've made many test to change the default value of the 2nd one to "default date range" for example but the issue always reproduced. The only solution I've found is to remove the 2nd filter.

Could you please explain me what you've done exactly on your side ?

Thanks in adavnce,

Matthieu
