Error with Blended data - Instagram insight and Meta ads

Hi, 

we would like to blend data for the metrics impression, between instagram insight and meta ads. 

When we try to blend data, the screenshot:

It gives back the message error: ID error 9971315f

Can u help me to understand why and how i can fix it?
