All users with view access to my report suddenly lost their capability to export data from chart today. I didnt change anything from my report setting. Any workaround to fix this?

While I cannot fully diagnose the issue without seeing your specific environment, I do know one major setting that may impact this. I would recommend ensuring that the "Download Controls" setting is set to On in admin.google.com.
If this is already enabled properly, you may find that in your sharing settings its disabled. Select "Share" at the top right of your report and click on the setting icon of the popup. Ensure that "Disable downloading, printing, and copying for viewers." is not checked.
