Filter control to Chart mapping on a looker studio report

Is there a way to link filter controls on a page to apply to only specific charts on the table.

Alternately, is there a way to ensure a filter is not applied to one of the charts on a page.

I have some charts are time series and some charts that is the summary of the then state.

I want the time series chart to display the full data, independent of the filter applied on time dimension filter.

Yes! If you "group" filters and charts together, then the filters will only apply to the charts in that group.
