Filter inherited from a cross-page dropdown

Can someone help me with this issue: I want the filter applied by a drop-down list on PAGE 1 to also affect the graphics on PAGE 2

If you right-click the filter control, you can make it report-level. It will affect everything on page 2, but will also show on page 2. If you don't want it to be visible/interactive on page 2, you can hide it with a rectangle the same color as the report background.
