Filter value suggestions

The release notes suggest that this feature can be disabled during filter creation. However this does not appear to be the case.

Whilst you can change the toggle button to disabled and create the filter, once you attempt to edit the filter again, the toggle is enabled.

Can this be changed so that it can be permanently disabled for each filter for those who like working without filter suggestions?

Same here, everytime you create/edit a filter toggle is on again, you just need to set it off again and you'll be good to go
