Filtering and Automate Drop-down List

Hey everyone, 

I created a report where i have specific data week over week. I want to create a year to date analysis and a last week report that updated automatically. I would like to configure my dropdown menu that when i select my 10 first week, on the specific report, only the wee 10 is shown. Can someone help me on that ?
