I'm having a lot of trouble with my "Extract Data" sources failing to update almost daily. It might get better for a little while, but the issue always returns. I know it's not just me because I see people complaining about it here all the time.
So, I wanted to ask those on the Pro plan: do you experience this as well?
I'm at a point where I'd rather pay for a reliable service than keep wasting time checking if my data has updated and manually refreshing tons of sources. My fear is paying for the upgrade only to realize it's more of the same, with nothing improving except for getting temporary support for a problem that will just happen again.
And what about the slowness when loading data directly from Sheets, without using "Extract Data"? Does the Pro plan fix that? It feels like the Looker Studio team knows how slow the direct data is, which is why they had to create this daily extract feature to begin with.
