Global parameters in bigquery

In my looker project, I'm getting the user ID by hyperlink. Can I set my ID globally and use it everywhere as a big query parameter?

Sounds like you are describing User Attributes - https://cloud.google.com/looker/docs/admin-panel-users-user-attributes

They can be used in a number of places, including in the LookML using liquid tags.
