My dashboard works but the data connection is often problematic. Randomly, I'll pull up the dashboard and it will show data connection errors to my Google Sheets data. Today I opened it and it's not showing any errors but it's clearly operating on data cached from weeks ago. I've refreshed fields, refreshed the connection, even disconnected Looker Studio and reauthorized it, but it still isn't showing updated data. It is so problematic as to be untrustworthy for regular use. Does anyone else have the same issues?
I'm experiencing the same situation. Clearing the cache doesn't resolve the issue, but strangely, opening the report in incognito works.
Sometimes it updates when I go into the connection configuration and refresh the fields, but not always.
Yeah - nothing I do seems to make it better. I really like the reporting and I want to use it for my business but it just doesn't seem very stable.
