Hi everyone, I ma trying to access my report and from yesterday, I just had this message from Looker:
"Google has discontinued providing Looker Studio services in your country."
I'm based in Italy, EU. Can you please help me to solve this problem?

Hi Ilaria - that sounds very much like a bug if you are accessing Studio from Italy. Two quick things to check if the message is persisting:
1) Do you see this message if you log in from an incognito window?
2) Does the error persist if you access it from a different network (e.g. via your home network, or phone hot spot or something?

I also tried logging in through a different browser (mozilla and internet explorer), the error persists in these cases as well 😞

@IlariaCicca @Robisori I think the best thing to do if this problem is persisting is to file a bug with the Looker Studio team - given that it persists when you access from different networks and via incognito mode, the problem is clearly on the content end, not on your end.
Thank you ! Errata corrige: using my telephone network I am able to login into my Looker studio account :)!! Do you think that is still important to file a bug with the Looker studio team to double check with them how to solve this problem when I try to connect at it via my home network?
Ah - so if the problem depends on the network you are connecting from, that changes the picture a little bit, because it suggests there may be an interaction between the network and the problem. But it may still be worth filing the bug with those details.
