We're running into an issue today where having made no changes to our dashboard, it is now covered in 'Consent required' interactions.
I've posted the two issues below, thanks in advance for any help/advice...
1) Not sure why these interactions are needed?
We're using BigQuery as a datasource, but don't have row-level permissions enabled for this data source, and we're not using 'Filter by viewer email'. So my understanding is we don't require explicit user authorisation for any operation that we manage. According to the dialogue, the permission is requested for "Account ID and email address (used for audit logging)" although I can't find where that is configured in Looker.
Is there any way we can avoid having these dialogues entirely?
2) Even when clicking allow, the popups keep reappearing
Initially, clicking Allow on the dialogue will dismiss the popup, but on each interaction with the dashboard (e.g. entering a new search term in a search field) this popup appears again. This is almost unusable for the user.
Is this a bug? Or is there anything else we can manage to make this easier?

Same issues here with Google Sheets or Extract Data data sources. People who had granted consent prior to March are fine, anybody added to the list who attempts to grant consent since then have this issue.
In the process of trouble shooting, we created a new data source and any accounts granting consent have the issue describe above where it returns to the "Grant Consent" dialogue box.
same issue here, any update fo fix this issue?
I has this same is - and the resolution - was:
The Google Admin had implmented a "Context Aware Access" rule - that did not allow and IP's from outside of the US into their Domain. Some componet of Looker Studio is aparently outside of the US - when the restriction was remonived - everything worked.
