Help! Weekly Dimension (Last Week) Monday - Sunday in Looker

I'm building a weekly trend report comparing 2025 Weekly YTD web traffic to 2024 Weekly Avg. The data source is from GA4, and I'm using the out-of-the-box Week dimension in Chart Set Up with two Metrics pulling Sessions from GA4. I'm also sorting Ascending by Week to develop my comparison chart. The chart is displaying the comparison, but my question is, how do I update the Week Dimension to pull Monday-Sunday instead of the default GA4 Week field of Sunday-Saturday? My metrics are off compared to the GA4 data because of the day mismatch. I tried to create a date formula field MOD(EXTRACT(DAYOFWEEK FROM Date) + 5, 7) + 1, but I don't think my syntax is correct, so it's not displaying anything anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update. The formula works, but I didn't realize that the traffic numbers from GA4 don't add up. When I added up all the visitor data, it was always short by a couple to a few thousand, depending on the dates, even though the dates are the same.  If you ever run into this issue, try adding up all the traffic sources, and you'll see the total displayed is not the same as the total by adding up the sources. Someone told me it has to do with the sampling? I don't know GA4 is such a black box sometimes.
