The monthly comparison works fine, but as soon as I change the time period to yearly or quarterly, Looker Studio either doesn't calculate anything or gives incorrect values.

Is the goal is to show quarterly average value for an NPS and compare it to previous quarter?

First, I’d like to understand the timeline that I pinned to my dashboard. In the top right corner, I have a calendar, and when I try to compare October values with December values, none of the scorecards update—only two of the sparklines (which I marked in the screenshot) change.
Next, I’d like to compare Q4 (the average of October, November, and December) with Q1 in a structured way. So, I actually have two questions for you! 😄
