How to filter in looker studio

In LookerStudio, I have added several looker derivedtable as data sources, with various parameters embedded in the SQL.

Is there a way to apply a filter from the control to all of the graphs if there are multiple of them on the report?

I tried to put them in the same derived table, but it was difficult.

I want to utilize assets created in looker as much as possible.

Yes! By default a control will apply to all charts on a report.

@IRONCTE make sure your dimensions have same names in all your tables
