How to "force" pivot table to recalculate row totals

Hello,

I have a report that adds up totals for units of work (in this case requests for services for auto claims) for a given level of hierarchy (Units are made up of teams, teams are made up of adjusters). I have a pivot table that categorizes the service requests by column into counts and percent by channel. The percentages add up to 100% on the grand total column in the report. This function breaks when drilling up and down on the pivot table (Ex. When you drill up, percentages are combined. When you drill down, percentages are divided). Here's what I mean:

 Default setting:

Drill up:

Drill Down:

The percent metric is a summed field, if that makes a difference. So my question is, how do I "force" the pivot table to re-calculate when the user drills up or down? Is there some kind of event tied to the pivot click I can use in a calculated field or in the custom query that I have feeding this?

Thanks,

Bill
