How to show "empty" columns in column chart

Hi
I have a report that shows the number of inspections performed per month. I would like to show a full year (12 months) at a time, but I don't necessarily have data for all months.

Is there a way to still show 12 months in a Column Chart? There is a parameter, Missing Data, in Tables; but I can't find anything similar for Column Charts.
