I have a pivot table with the blended data in looker studio and the sorting function doesn't work

I tried adding sort ID filed into the original source and then sort it by that, still no success. Anyone would have a suggesiton?

I have the same issue. I cannot get my pivot table to sort by dimension from A-Z, it defaults to sorting by metric that I have not selected for Row #1 sorting.
