Hi Team,
I'm currently working with Looker Studio and encountering an issue while trying to connect an AWS Redshift database as a data source. Each time I attempt the connection, I receive the error shown in the attached screenshot.
Initially, I assumed this might be due to limitations of the free version. However, I have now upgraded to Looker Studio Pro, but the same error still persists.
Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue and guide me on how to successfully connect AWS Redshift without encountering this error?

The strange thing is we get this connection error many times,but eventually it does connect. Leading to the idea the credentials are ok but something else is stopping. The same things occurs by multiple people so it's not location based.
Once we get connected and we attempted to add data source most of the time those are successful but periodical we get odd connectivity error.
