Issue downloading report with adjusted pagination

Hi there everyone,

I'm guessing this is just a bug but I have my reports set up so that I can use one report and page through 20 lines of data per report. When I click to 21-40 and download it's still downloading 1-20. This has never been an issue in the past. 

I'm switching to 21-40 but when I download it keeps only showing 1-20

Does anyone have any insights?
