Error Message:
Looker Studio cannot connect to your data set. Failed to fetch data from the underlying data set.
I am trying to integrate our existing LookML code, which we have been using in Looker, into Looker Studio. We are facing an issue with an always_filter that we used previously, as it seems that Looker Studio does not support this feature and returns an error.(The specific filter causing the issue is filter type: date)
When we use conversational analytics, it correctly recognizes everything except for this filter. However, when I open the looker studio report manually and select a date myself, the error message disappears.
