The most common issue we encounter with Looker Studio is with sharing dashboards. A vast majority of people have two Google Accounts. One with their personal email and one with their work email. People follow our link and wonder why they cannot access. It almost always turns out that it is because they are logged in with their personal google account on their work computer without even knowing it. The only solution I've found is to have people use an incognito window. Any other ideas?
