Looker Admin role

Taking over overall admin access for all of our Google Products.  I have assigned myself Looker Admin role in the IAM for the project but within Looker, I have no admin function and cannot see items from other user that initial starting using Looker but does not have admin role.  Not using Looker Pro.  Google makes it difficult to pull everything into one mgmt function.

@dg838 I think you are confusing Looker and Looker Studio.

I'm now wondering if this is a function only in Lookerstudio Pro versus the standard lookerstudio.
