Looker Error

Hi! I'm the owner of several Looker dashboard and I'm trying to add new editor emails, but I receve the error message: "unknown error. please try later ". The strange fact is that the first temptative was successfull, but after few entering this error start appearing and now I'm blocked. Did someone experience the same issue? Do you have any suggestion? Thanks!

There are several reasons that this might happen. Is the teammate also a Google user? The Invite others to your reports documentation page has a lot of information about how to add users, and might provide some ideas for troubleshooting.

I also found a couple of instances in our Community of users that have run into this issue, with solutions that helped: 

• IAM policy related quota
• Looker Studio access issues troubleshooting guide
• System Error when I share the report with someone others 
• An unknown error occurred – please try again later - the solution was to use the Looker Studio owner...
