New to Looker, visualisation software and the Google environment as a whole. I am trying to visualise some response time data in a chart but it isn't behaving as I want it to.
I am pulling data over from Google Sheets. Here I have a table with several columns: account name, ticket ID, first response time, average first response time, resolution time, average resolution time.
My goal is to create a bar chart for each account where the average first response time and response time are bars in the chart. My issue is when I try to do this Look seems to count the number of raised tickets per account and use this as the bar instead of taking the average time from the Google Sheets and creating the bar from that.
I am probably just doing something really dumb but any help is appreciated.
