Looker Studio - Downloaded PDF Error - Client Name Not Displaying in Data Connector Field

Need some help! I am at a dead end...

I work for an agency, therefore, manage several clients. We download our Looker Studio reports and send to our clients as a PDF. It seems randomly, the client name does not show up in the connecter data field - instead it says "default data" (see screenshot below). Client Google Ads account reads and displays fine in the realtime report, but just not when downloaded as a PDF on random slides...

Anyone else experience this or have a solution?

Glad to hear I am not the only one! I still have this issue and have not found a solution. I have just accepted the hiccup and download multiple times.

Sadly, EVERYONE that uses the default Google Ads data connector and the PDF download feature has this issue since April 😕
