Looker Studio Downloading Report Clears the Set Filters

I have a Looker Studio dashboard that has some filters on it. When a user (me, the owner, included) selects filters and then decides to download the report, the downloaded report clears all of the filters! The team I am working with continuously downloads reports and this is aggravating to them, and they cannot get their work done. Anyone have a fix for this issue?

That sounds very frustrating!

I tested internally, and my filters were kept while downloading a PDF. 

Do you notice any patterns here that might help us narrow down the issue? Are some filters kept, while others are cleared? Does this happen to every dashboard? What kinds of filters are on this dashboard?

It was an issue for about a week or 2. Now my team doesn't have an issue downloading the dashboards. Don't exactly know what was going on.

I'm having the same issue just now. does it resolved automatically? it's frustrating cause yesterday the report downloaded just fine

It did end up resolving itself! Not sure what the issue was, but yes, very frustrating for both my team and myself. I hope that it gets resolved for you quickly.
