Looker Studio Pro Complimentary License Error

I have Looker Original instance and I am trying to enable looker studio pro using the complimentary license of looker.
I added google billing project number and set up the project and permission but when I try to get into looker studio pro in console it shows me this screen.

I'd suggest reaching out to your sales rep for Looker. They should be able to help you get support so that you can access your complimentary LSP licenses. 

If you have a GCP support plan already, you can also file a support ticket in the console.
