Looker Studio - control button with link to another page does not respond when it contains character

Hi,

In Looker Studio (free edition) I have a report which contains Control. This Control button contains our organisational situation. In multiple members of the organisation there is a open and close parenthesis. So for instance we have: Sales (country)

The front page of this report contains several score cards. Each of the scorecards contains a link no navigate to another page in the report which more details and more reports.

When I make a selection in the Organisation Control button of one of the members which do not have a parenthesis then the links from the score cards on the front page work perfectly; hit the scorecard, then the link works and the user navigates to the page the should.

But when I make a selection 

When I make a selection in the Organisation Control of button of one of the members which DO HAVE a parenthesis then the links from the score cards on the front page DO NOT work. In that case the workaround is that the user does not make a choice in Organisation. Because then the link in the scorecard works. In the following page the user has to make a choice. 

Therefore it is not possible to see all the scorecards for the one chosen Organisation and then navigate forward and back in the report. Each and every time the user has to select all, then navigate to the following page, select all to return to front page and so on.

This used to work perfectly but at the end of 2024 this stopped.... Anyone who knows what might be wrong?
