Hello,
I am the admin of a Cloud SQL (MySQL) instance. I have given the credentials for a DB account to my team members. They are attempting to use the Cloud SQL (MySQL) connector to pull data into Looker Studio. However, they are receiving the following error when trying to authenticate to the DB through Looker Studio:
"Sorry, we encountered an error and were unable to complete your request.
Error ID: 85873545"
Could someone help troubleshoot this? I could not find it in the help or troubleshooting documentation.
